About a month ago on a sunny Saturday afternoon, I headed down to the Utah Lake where the Bonneville School of Sailing and Seamanship were having a demonstration and exhibition of their new star boat. Actually, I should say their Star Boat fleet, as they have just acquired 5 of these boats. DeWitt Smith, the Sailing school’s lead boat restoration instructor, is heading up this project and looking forward to this new addition to the school.
