Small Craft Advisor Magazine. This is a great publication about Small Sailboats and other small craft. I can’t wait for the next addition to come out, just ask my sweetheart. I think this may be the only magazine of it’s kind. A few years back I was lucky enough to spot one in a bookstore and have been a avid reader ever since.
Here is a short sample of the kind of articles and information to look forward to every 2 months.
•Sail Doctor- how to keep your boat going and fixed up.
•Small Yachts- Going from big boats back to small ones
•Cartop Cruising- a little bit about sailing canoes and other adventures.
•Keep Turning Left-stories from a guy sailing around the British Isles
•Building a “Little Shaver”- they often have stories about building boats.
All that and gobs more stuff from each issue.
Here is what the owners said about their periodical “Small Craft Advisor is the publication we couldn’t find on the magazine rack, and it’s going to be the magazine for sailors and owners of boats about 30 feet and under that are legitimately trailerable.” That sort of sums it up for me
