What Are Your Favorite Sailing Songs?

The other day we were out on the  Hobie Holder with some friends and someone asked the question: “What Are Your Favorite Sailing Songs? Immediately my mind went to the first three that always come to mind:

1. Sailing- by Christopher Cross

2. Come Sail Away- by Styx

3. Sail Away – by Enya

But then I thought, there must be more songs than just this about sailing. Sailing is a big deal to a lot of people, and people like to write songs about things they like to do right?

My next step was to go to itunes and type in the keywords “Sail” and “Sailing”

I’d love to say that I have listened to all of these songs, but I haven’t made it through the list, but I haven’t yet. Maybe I’ll get there by the end of the summer. I can tell you that after watching a YouTube video the other day, this song is at the top of my Spotify playlist right now:
